Founded in 1948, St Andrew’s has a long and proud tradition of providing an education of the highest quality to our students.

Our reputation for Ethics and Excellence is recognised nationally, regionally and internationally, with many of our graduates going on to study at the world’s leading universities, including: Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Brown, McGill, Queen’s, Vassar, and many others.

However, we believe that education is not confined just to the classroom, as we offer an extensive extra-curricular and sports programme. Indeed many of our students have represented the Bahamas at international level in a variety of sports, and the school is extremely proud to have an Olympic Champion, as well as other Olympic competitors, among our alumni.

We have long been a leader in education in the Bahamas, with St Andrew’s being the first school in the Bahamas to be accredited to the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), the Council of International Schools (CIS), as well as the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). If you are visiting this wonderful country and would like a tour of our beautiful 35-acre campus, please do not hesitate to contact us.
