What are some fond memories of your school days at St Andrews?

Having spent more than 12 years at St Andrews, there are many. She loved participating in the annual school play and in her last year she had one of the leads in Arthur Miller’s play The crucible. A proud member of Carib house being able to participate in sports day was a fond memory. The fun and competition were great. Representing the school whether playing as a defensive player in field hockey or on the Its Academic Team was also a fond memory. Who could forget the fundraising walk with classmates to raise money for the prom. Finally Mr. Murray’s history class and Mr. Gordon Mill’s English class. Lots of laughter but so much learning at the same time. An enjoyable 12 years of school. Many lifelong friends made thanks to St Andrews.

What have you been up to since graduating?

Since graduating from St Andrew’s, I went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education and I recently obtained a Masters in Education. After graduating from University, I returned to St Andrew’s as a member of the faculty. I am the Primary school music teacher and the Head of the best house, Arawak! I am thankful to be married to his very supportive wife, Vanessa, and together we have two girls, Chloe and Emma.

What are some fond memories of your school days at St Andrews?

I attended St Andrew’s from ELC through 12th grade. My memories are endless. From marching in the “police band” in first grade, to competing in the National Arts Festival from 3rd grade up to highschool, to making ice cream sundaes to celebrate learning all of my timetables. I cannot forget our seniors day parade as we said our final good-bye’s to faculty, staff, and students. These goodbyes turned out to be more of “see you later” since I returned just four years later to teach alongside such a dedicated faculty. The fondest of all memories was the personal impact that so many of my teachers had on my life as they went the extra mile to make sure that I succeeded.
