The St Andrew's School Foundation is a not-for-profit organization consisting of general membership as well as a Board of Trustees who are responsible for the running of the Foundation. Founded in 2002, the Foundation's main goal was to collect shares in St Andrew's School Limited to ensure that the company will exist in perpetuity and can maintain a quorum for the company meetings. Since that time, the Foundation has also become responsible for fundraising on behalf of the school as well as management of endowment funds to benefit the school.

For more information on your eligibility for various membership categories, email the Development Officer who can provide you with a Membership Application as well as any further information you should require.
The Annual Fund is our effort to provide the school with many of the "extras" that are beyond the reach of the School's regular budget. The School's Greatest Needs are determined by the Administration, and could be anything from Hurricane team uniforms to Interactive Whiteboards for our classrooms. These donations cannot specify the exact usage of the funds, and are termed "unrestricted donations".

Yes, if you would like to make a donation at a later date and would like us to remind you of this, you can make a pledge. We will contact you as your pledge date approaches so that you can remember to send us your donation.
Yes, but this is up to the discretion of the St Andrew's School Foundation and the Adminsitration of the School. Although we greatly appreciate your philanthropic spirit, we reserve the right to refuse any gift which incurs an unreasonable cost to the Foundation or the School. If you are an American or Canadian citizen, yes. We maintain both a registered 501 © 3 non-profit organization and a Canadian non-profit organization, therefore your gift is tax deductible to the full extent as determined by those governmental regulations. U.S. citizens can see the IRS' advice here:
